Project Description
Pai Seedlings Foundation is a growing ecosystem of passionate people with a strong desire to increase their local outreach and impact.
Our Permaculture Education Farm is looking for an enthousiast intern to help us host more regular visits and workshops for visitors and local school children. This a great one year opportunity to learn with our team about everything it takes to operate a permaculture farm, and to raise children’s awareness to environmental stewardship.
The Internship
- Study Soil Biology and Biocomposting : we will provide professional material for your to dive into the rabbit hole of soil and compost!
- Work with Damien every week to manage and harvest the natural resources around the farm we will use for biocomposting.
- Produce at least 1 pile every week and become master at managing production.
- Learn about biocomposts extracts and how to best use biocompost to restore soil’s health.
- Help with everyday management of the farm with our thai staff.

Your contribution
- Participate in ecosystem regeneration and environmental education
- Direct support to local farmers: For more information on this, please check out the Regenerative Farmers Cooperative.
- Financial contribution:
- 5000thb/month in support of local organic farmers;
- Accommodation at the farm (optional): 5000thb/month
- Admin and government fees (visa and work permit) are to your charge but we will provide all the documents and support: about 5000thb/year.
