An immersive leadership retreat
Two days on a working permaculture farm in the mountains of northern Thailand — rooted in regenerative agriculture, real community, and facilitated leadership work. Participants leave with a shared reference point, a clearer sense of how they lead, and a direct encounter with the Foundation’s mission in action.
Designed for teams based in Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia. Built around the Sunday–Tuesday window.
Getting there
The retreat starts in Chiang Mai. A private minivan handles the mountain road to Pai — your team travels together, arrives together, and the journey itself sets the tone. Flights to Chiang Mai are not included and can be arranged from wherever your team is based.

Programme
Arrival & welcome
Group arrives at Seedlings Farm. Orientation to the farm, its mission, and the two-day arc.
Farm immersion
Guided walk through the agroforestry systems. Hands-on: soil health, closed-loop systems, regenerative land use.
Farm-to-table lunch
Shared meal prepared from the farm’s harvest and COOP network produce.
Leadership embodiment session
Nature-based facilitation: how I lead, how I show up, what the land mirrors back. Certified coach, outdoor setting.
Be LEAF tea break
Fresh mountain tea + dry banana. Unstructured quiet before the session resumes.
Closing reflection
Group closes the leadership session. Individual intentions set.
Free evening — Pai night market
Unstructured time. Participants explore Pai’s walking street on their own terms.
Farmer network visits
The group visits 2–3 local smallholder farmers — active members of the Foundation’s Regenerative Farmers Network. Each visit: 20–30 min. Meet the farmer, see their practice, hear their story.
Team alignment session
Facilitated session using the farmer visits as the mirror. What does regenerative thinking mean for how we work together? Collective intentions set.
Closing lunch + departure ritual
Final farm-to-table meal. Be LEAF gift set per participant. Closing circle. Group departs 13:00.
Private minivan to Chiang Mai
Departs Pai 13:00. Arrives Chiang Mai ~16:30. Onward travel to your home city as planned.

Your team stays at The Quarter in central Pai — within walking distance of the town’s restaurants and night market, giving everyone a genuine free evening on their own terms.
