What’s a CSA?
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. It is a growing movement worldwide to relocalize our food production and support those who grow our food. “If eating a daily habit for you, then you can be part of the solution!” Based on membership (monthly or yearly), CSAs allow growers to better plan their production, reduce waste, and benefit from a guaranteed income for their work. It is that incentive that encourages their effort to grow organic produce and protects them for the market competition that drives prices down.
The main challenge most organic farmers are facing is access to markets that value their work and produce. By becoming a member of our CSA, you not only get access to the best quality food available, you also directly support the local growers to become environmental stewards! So this is not only about your own health: it is about bringing social recognition and better work conditions to farmers, and ecological value to where you live.

While you may not be living in Pai all year long, farmers have to look after their farms every day. This is why we believe that a yearly membership based system is so valuable. This is the only way we can guarantee a sustainable and local food production.
