This project honors two core principles: localization and community support.
Localization
Localization is a movement that inspires people to always source their needs around them: there is an innate wisdom of eating seasonal and local food for it has all the specific nutrients you need each season of the year.
Local food also has a much lower carbon footprint, and support the local economy of your area!
Community Support
We want to honor our local farmers and show the gratitude they deserve for growing the food we eat 3 times a day!
This is why we operate under the basis of membership and co-ownership of production, so as to create decent and safe conditions for farmers to grow food without the market pressure to produce more, and thus use chemicals!
We also provide training and assistance into regenerative agriculture practices, thus learning from their long experience while sharing our vision and understanding of the global challenges we are all facing.
