About the Local Food Network Project

We believe in local food networks for developing a regenerative agriculture that is based on organic practices, support of local farmers to stop using chemical, and creating economic opportunities at community level.

The Local Food Network’s objectives are;

1. Increase the availability of organic local grown vegetables in Pai;
2. Offer training opportunities and jobs to more local farmers;
3. Support a local orphanage with healthy organic vegetables and educational activities.

About the Farm Manager Position

We are currently looking for a farm manager to help organize and increase the production.

Scope of responsibilities

• Plan and organize the production.
• Source the material (seeds, composts, tools) needed.
• Team work: you will be working with
  • Lyse&Damien to learn more about the Permaculture/Organic vision;
  • Lung No: our gardener for 5 years;

Required qualities

• Speak English and Thai;
• Be organized to plan the production and explain the planning to team members;
• Share our passion for natural farming and local development.
